Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the services booked. Appointments canceled less then 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of72% of the services booked. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and that of other clients.
